Oh - and:
I am back to Saab ownership after a gap of almost exactly 3 years. Find myself grinning ear to ear at our new 06 93 convertible 2.8V6.
I spied a Hirsch sticker on the back in the photos and asked the dealer about it. 'Our technicians have been all over it and it seems someone just bought a sticker' they said.
Quick email to Hirsch with VIN and 60 mins later an email comes back with the certificate confirming it is now 276bhp etc.
Imagine my smugness when I told the dealer as he handed over the keys before I drove it away.
Bloody marvellous it is. 75k miles, full dealer history. Black with cream and dark brown leather, auto and a parrot do-dah for the phone. Masses of torque and compared to my 2.4 5cylinder Alfa 159 as smooth and whisper quiet as an old Rolls.
Was great value too at £5k. So pleased to find this before some of the alternatives on the list. Pics in the next day or so.

Very nice. Just purchased? Looks similar to one I saw on Autotrader i liked and was hoping to view after my holiday. Do these later models still need the sump drop?

I was very lucky with this one, bought it last month in Manchester, sump drop not required after 2004, it had a fsh, one owner from new, paint immaculate interior like new, self levelling HIDs, rain sensitive wipers, memory seats, heated rear seats etc. Wheels are a bit kerbed but other than that chuffed to bits
Can I be cheeky and ask how much you paid? The is a similar one same age up for 2400 near me. Seems a bit too cheap.Challo said:
