Love your fleet. I dearly want another S1 and a Caterham is on my bucket list.

Thanks. Whilst I drove my first Elise about 12 years ago, I am a relatively new owner having picked this up about a year ago. Conversely, I have been driving Sevens for around 11 years so know them pretty well.

As to which gives the greater thrill, I would have to say the Caterham, however my Elise is slowly being "uncorked" - it is a Sport 160 and I have just fitted some Nitron NTR dampers which have improved things considerably. Next will be race seats and harnesses (I love the feeling of being strapped into a car and the S1 seats are not great) and then a sports exhaust (Larini or 2ubular). I think with those subtle mods, it will be able to take the fight to the Caterham..

I do love the way they both drive, albeit in different manners and you need to adjust your driving for what you are peddling at the time.

The third car on the fleet is an Integra Type R DC2 which is also a stunning machine and in its own way as capable as the others.

I had a S160 with 4 point harnesses. Definitely makes for a better connection with the car. Worth the faff. Had an S2 with OE belts for a short while which really felt like it was missing something in comparison (that and brake feel because it was servo'd!).

There can't be many S160s around in that colour? Looks great.
