When did you do the last software update? Interestingly, mine has started doing the same and it only seems to have happened since I last had it hooked up to my PC where I will have done a software update at the same time. I've not used mine for a few months now as I haven't gotten round to looking into it. I've used the same Sansung XHS1 card in mine since I got it and it's performed near flawlessly for 2.5 years now so something is amiss.
In case anyone comes across this thread in the future, I solved the loop on problem with the mobius by changing the video file type from MP4 to MOV. For some reason MOV loop records fine whereas MP4 just fills up the card and stops.
Happy new year dash cammers!
I've got my MOT at the end of the month and was wondering what people have been doing, is it ok to leave it in? I've got a mobius that sits directly behind the mirror, only a very small part of the mount can be seen above the mirror from the driver's seat. Usually I'd take it out but this one is stuck in with an adhesive pad so I'd rather not move it!

Help needed, I reset the cam to factory settings & all now in Chinese script! Can any one guide me as to how I can chang the language back to English?
This is the camera
Seriously I can help, I know some limited Chinese, can you post a picture of the first menu screen, with enough quality resolution to decipher the characters, (if it works like mine) and I'll try to tell you which option you need... if there are several sub-menus then this could take a while! This is the camera

That's good of you. Not easy to photograph,(with my camera Skillz!) but try these, thanks.Ref the Chinese pics, the language setting is the last one on the second picture (green one).
The others are:
Pic 1 line 1 (black) = settings
line 2 = brightness
line 3 = light
line 4 = colour
line 5 = refresh rate
line 6 = timestamp
pic 2: line 1 = settings
line 2 = refresh
line 3 = timestamp
line 4 = audio
line 5 = switch recording
line 6 = language
So please select "language" and send the next picture! With luck the "English" option will display in English, but if it doesn't than I can tell you which one it is.

Anyone got an idiot's guide of how to install one using the mirror power supply so I can keep cables hidden? Got a transcend drive pro 200
Rather than risking damaging my car I opted for using a flat usb cable such as this one. it was easy enough to slide this into the headlining and down the door rubbers of the A pillar and into the glove box for power. It was so easy and invisible that I ran a second to where I have my phone mounted.Gassing Station | In-Car Electronics | Top of Page | What's New | My Stuff
