You can use Autoroute quite easily, and use a little utility called ITNConv to convert the resulting .axe file to a .csv file that you can load opn to your Nuvi. ITNConv is free to download, just Google it.

You can't display Favourites alphabetically, they come up in order of distance from where you are or from any other point you tell it to.

Thanks - another dumb qu - is Autoroute a commercial piece of software and will it and the conversion files work on a Mac? Thanks

Auroroute is actually a Microsoft program. Yes you can buy it in the shops, but I don't know if it works on a Mac.
