The following describes the problem (so far little help from TT Help!) ...

My device is TomTom One Regional New Edition with UK mapping. Serial No. AK4SC B2FSW Version 6.501. I have attached jpeg images as requested. When I attach the TomTom device to the computer and switch it on, an error message says "one of the USB devices attached to this computer has malfunctioned, and windows does not recognise it"(see pic 1) TomTom Home then loads on screen (see pic 2) The TomTom device tries to connect to the computer, but doesn't connect (see pic. 3). TomTom Home then tells me to "connect my device" (see pic. 4). So, to sum it up, there appears to have been a malfunction with my TomTom device and therefore windows doesn't recognise it. One further thing, I have downloaded TomTom Home to a second computer in my house and I get the same error messages. So the fault is with the TomTom, not the computer. I look forward to hearing from you.

CAN ANYONE HELP TO SORT PLEASE???
(p.s. I have screenshots if that helps to describe)
