itn files How to ?

Hi Chaps ,well I have no idea!!!! Any body send me a daft lads guide to how to upload itn files to my TT 720 I have down loaded a file for tunnel run but can't see it on sat nav! so not sure its in it!!
If it is on the sat nav how do i find and us eit cheers Burnie.

Yep done that last niight but how do I find them when i need them! ie need to use the file
