Yesterday I ordered the above car on 10k miles PA from Michael at Mill in Newcastle. Osmium Grey with off black interior, no further options. No deposit, £224 PM for 18 months. It's a decent spec and the only thing missing is heated seats but I didn't want to add the full winter pack at £525 over 18 months, as handy as the heated windscreen would have been.Volvo S60 T4 SE Nav

I know that costs a little more but kids and houses chew capital, don't mind revenue payments.
A train journey to Newcastle for collection, but we'll make a weekend of it.
Delivery at the end of March.
That's cheap motoring for 18 months, that timeline matches my job needs at the moment as I usually go for three year deals. Hopefully don't need to worry about tyres or the second service.
Saying that, I have had 6 tyres on my Golf GTD in the last three years! Rural living, potholes and nails in the wrong places, great.
We have a really good local Volvo specialist, so I will need to check of it has to be dealer serviced.

A spare is a £150 option - I’d be very tempted, maybe pay separately instead of adding to the lease.
Also, I think it has auto-hold on the handbrake. So in theory it will put the handbrake in for you. I think.
I know I’m a little late responding to this post but... the snag with the spare tyre option is that there’s not enough space under the floor for it, so it has to live in the boot. Also, I think it has auto-hold on the handbrake. So in theory it will put the handbrake in for you. I think.
As the boot is already pathetically small this effectively means the car is useless for my needs. I looked at it (and the estate version) some years ago, and was disappointed regarding the car’s practicality.
My wife’s Polo has a more useful boot, and a spare wheel.

The Tempa spare wheel option is located under the boot floor? It's detailed as so on the configurator with images to match.
Interesting. Maybe they have redesigned it then as it was impossible on the ones I looked at. This was about 3 years back though, but I was under the impression it was the same model.
I would have had one if the wheel was able to go under the floor as it was a nice car in every other way.

There will be more decent deals coming through as we near the release of the brand new model.
The spare wheel does fit under the boot floor. This removes the under tray storage as well as raise the height of floor, which reduces the boot capacity.
Ok. I guess the salesman in the garage I went to didn’t know that, as it was him who explained that it couldn’t go under the floor. The spare wheel does fit under the boot floor. This removes the under tray storage as well as raise the height of floor, which reduces the boot capacity.
It cost him 3 cars, but that’s life I suppose.
Maybe I will look at them again next time around. Having a spare is not so critical for me now.

^ What extras did you go for?
I signed up at Marshall Milton Keynes
3+23
560 Deposit
£190 Monthly
SE Nav standard spec in Jimmy Savile Grey
March delivery for me as well I think. They had a few in stock and ready to go, but they all had the winter pack which they couldn't do for less than £215 a month and I wasn't wanting to go over £200 a month (Not sure why, just had that figure in my head!), although I will regret it when I get it!
I added the Winter with active bending lights pack. I went for an Auto so also specced the gear paddles.I signed up at Marshall Milton Keynes

I do just shy of 20k a year so my monthly was just under £300 a month based on a 3 year contract. Not as good as some of the deals however I don't think it's too bad considering mileage etc!

Mine is looking non existent!
Just had a phone call yesterday after asking if there were any updates, and it looks like my order got declined last week (or earlier) and that thats the end of the production run.
The dealer is currently trying to save the order by finding one in another garage but they all seem to have winter packs for £550 extra. Im hoping they can sort it out

From central Scotland. Only 3.5 hrs on a train and we'll make the weekend driving home. They have offered to collect us from the station as well, only 10 mins drive to the dealership seemingly.
Yeah pretty much out of the station and one straight road to the dealership. You can admire the scenery the legacy of the 90s Scotswood estate riots on the journey Also handy is that the dealer is less than a mile to junction of A1 and also the A69 if you heading towards the M6.
