Are all volvo drivers nice people?

i am one of the youngest volvo s60 drivers out there, (from what i seen) i am 27 but genetics has made me look 20 years old, i drive with the windows down and my music blareing out and i got a black one with massive 18 inch BBS wheels, i drive fast but safe, and i am very very nice and so are my ghetto friends who sit with me
i am amazed how many people check out my 18 inch rims on the volvo
i also been to a few pistonheads meetings, and sped my volvo thru central london against ferraris, and lamborghinis, when i am doing this, i am thinking i should be employed by volvo as a sponsor, showing that volvos can be rude, cool and fast too,
too many volvos are bought by old people who drive slowly or people with beards
and caravans
my car looks wicked though, its amazing what big wheels can do to the s60, plus mine has this sculpted facelifted front end that sometimes when i am drunk could look like an aston martin, i cant wait for this new volvo C30 to come out soon

Good for you matey, but I would just watch those amps, excessive noise leads to hearing loss, which can not be helped by hearing aids, which may not occur for some years. The human ear just aint built for continuous loud noise. Love the rest of the post, I drive an S80 and just love it. i am amazed how many people check out my 18 inch rims on the volvo

You perhaps mistunderstood me, I meant it would be bad for Volvo's image if the drivers who buy one are actually lusting after a BMW and cannot afford it financially.
Ive got 2 Volvos a BMW, Jag, Lotus and an Aston, so where do I fit in?
For me, I chose the S60 for its easy and cheap tune-ability. As someone who regularly drives in excess of 1000 miles a week, I cant really think of any other car that combines its comfort, discreetness and M3 bashing performance for the money.

aeroresh, you have amazing rims on your s60!
i had a t-5 before the dt5..and i thought that was a great car..the 185bhp 2.4d d5 is great..i notice though that i travel 40mph slower than when i did in the t5
on the way to work today a little kid in the back of a vectra yelled to me 'great car'..thats something i never experienced when driving the abbot or the boxster!
