Thrapped it once around and about, super glued front wheels back on, just got back in so will hopfully sort the beast next week, trying not to drive mime to keep it clean for that photo shoot...
Yours looks awesomme! Further to someone elses comments, we should hold A retro weekend, sometime!

how did you get the back tyres on
and...
your window frames look silver, did you buy some paint for that? Looks good either way...
Back tyres went on pretty easy, I have strong fingers though! the window frames are decals, you will find them on the sheet, take your time with the stripes as they are awkward..and...

Cheers. I wont have time to finish mine off till the end of the week/weekend, will post some pics... at some point! The Frog has a better back end with independant suspension but both cars suffer from appaling front end turn in. The Hornet gearbox is fine with the standard 540 motor supplied in the kit and is the faster option straight from the box.
The Hornet did and does have oil filled shocks at the back but a very bouncy front.
In a race the Frog is better but I would save pennies and buy the re-release Hotshot.

Having recently got myself a Tamiya off roader, I must sya I wasn't as impressed with the performance as I thought I'd be and ended up buying a 23T tuned motor which has a lot more kick to it.
If you search on Youtube, some folks have put brushless motor in teh cars and they go like a rocket!
