Hot Wheels 1:64
Discussion
Hot Wheels are currently reduced to £1.30 in Asda, which made the GMG Vette I purchased last night look incredibly cheap compared to the £3.00 I paid for a Majorette Citroen DS.

Welldone getting one. That's a great casting. I was unlucky unfortunately. I had an 8 mins waiting time in the online queue from the time of launch and i think it was sold out within 4 mins or thereabouts.
Just keeping my fingers crossed now that the Integra doesn't get sold out that quickly when it gets launched.

Ooh, I'll be needing that EK9 type R
I hope they do a DC2 Integra
It's on its way. Dreams do come true! I hope they do a DC2 Integra
Skip to 11:23 if you don't want to watch the whole video.
That's going to be an RLC model though so be prepared to get one.

Though what is theRLC thing, these look bigger than normal HW with opening doors, etc??

That looks grand, though shame it's the JDM version as I always preferred the UK/US style front as its what I had.

RLC is the Red Line Club, it's a membership card that buys you the opportunity to try and order some of the limited edition Hot Wheels models. Though what is theRLC thing, these look bigger than normal HW with opening doors, etc??
They're still 1:64(ish) but they're quite a way beyond the price range of the models you can pick up in supermarkets. You're looking at £10 for the membership, £29 for the model (if you can get one) and £9 postage. They do release some lovely looking models but at £48 all in they've got some stiff competition from other brands.

Latest pick-ups at the weekend.
Porsche and Alfa are typical of what i collect but i ventured into electric territory with the Volkswagen ID Buzz. Think it looks quite nice.
The Alfa however, i will rank up there as one of the best hotwheels mainline casting for 2023 so far, alongside with the Mercedes 560 SEC AMG

Your shops are well ahead of my local stockists!
Stock distribution has been very random of recent amongst my local stockists tbh. Some "new" supplies they've received have been items released from last year. I guess it's old stock from the warehouse pending delivery of the latest stock. These were from Halfords. Always worth a check from time to time!

Something my 5 year old son and I have started recently…collecting Hot Wheels Batmobiles.
I’ve shown him clips of the movie cars in action but obviously have to be careful what parts of the films he sees
Obviously out of the pack and played with by him and his younger brother, so damage inevitable!!
