My two just go delivered - will build one later and keep the other in the loft.

Sell it now for £175, then buy another one for the loft next month when they are back in stock!

Can't find one anywhere. Apart from the bay of fleas where they are being sold for stupid amounts of money.

Just ordered the Saturn V from the lego online shop, the first lego anything I've got in probably over forty years! I've also just noticed the one that was on amazon for £240 has dropped down to £110 wonder why biggrin

Still showing £200+ for me on amazon.

I want to put an order in with Lego but don’t want to be stung like the Porsche model with the big price drop. Should I expect it with this?

On looking again the prices range from one for just over £110 up to one for £299 eek
I've gone direct to lego I've never ordered from them before but from what I've seen and heard about them I would imagen they will be good to deal with.

Shameless progress pic... I got mine the day before release from a sympathetic Lego Store biggrin

Edit. This set is massive. I don't have room for it anywhere at all!

I got mine from Lego Milton Keynes on Thursday with 5 Batman mini-figs and a £5 discount thrown in. So far I have got Stage 1 complete and the core of Stage 2. I like the break down in to individual bags to keep in manageable. Some interesting techniques used but a lot of the step are x4

Annoyingly I don't have a Lego store anywhere close too me & none of the usual Lego stockists are being allowed to sell the Saturn.

Very irritated right now.

Started my Saturn V last night - quite a bit of repetition in the first (S1C) section but it looks great and will be a monster when finished!

Annoyingly the Lego store doesn't seem to accept backorders?

For the Saturn builders.

Had any problems connecting stage II to stage I ?

If I press it down hard enough to 'clip' together (as per the manual), then it pushes out the top layer of cladding bricks on the stage below.

Or is just supposed to sit, and not really clip in?

Thanks
It's quite a fragile build, I think. There's been a few areas I've thought weren't up to the usual Lego standards.

Def not a model for curious little hands looking for a spaceship.
