Caterham built over the weekend. A little fiddly in places however quiet a good build.

I am however a little perturbed at the amount of left pieces I have...

Looks like a few bits missing to me, the 3x2 and the 2x1s definitely look like they should be on the car.

That's what I thought however the car has fitted together perfectly, apart from the awful exhaust system, so I am puzzled.

Just seen a rumour of (new?) UCS Millennium Falcon being released - if the rumour is true, it's €700!

I'm sorry, but even though I would really love a genuine Lego UCS MF, I ain't paying that for it, I'd pay £450 tops. Lepin will be getting my money. The difference in quality is not worth that difference in price.

I had the week off with the kids so we got pretty much all of the town out from storage in the loft biggrin

I just wish I could have it on display all of the time.

I bought a couple of the big Lego Architecture Studio sets because I like the idea of modelling in White with no colour distractions.

Supplemented a few extra parts from Bricklink and here is my Temple with guardian and explorer.

ETA;

Does anyone know how to make images show in a post ? now there is no Photobucket I am trying out Imgur but have no clue what link to paste, none seem to work...

Looks great!

Not sure it's the best way, but I just use the IMG tags and add the .jpg extension to the end of the imgur link.

So add a [img] to the start of the link, a .jpg to the end of the link, and then a [/img]

Naaaah... you can't build outside like that, it's a logistical nightmare.

If anyone is looking for furniture and things for their modular houses I just stumbled across Signature Bricks on Amazon that sell that sort of stuff for a few quid, or if you have the pieces you can just copy their designs biggrin

So £600 is likely going to be the price for the Falcon when it arrives then? It's steep, but I think I'll bite.

Going to be an expensive couple of months for Lego purchases, I've already put some cash aside to buy the Ideas Fishing Store when it comes out next week and although I have zero interest in Ninjago, that Ninjago City model looks fantastic. Might have to put that on my Christmas list and be a good boy until then.
