Ah, thought it sounded too good to be true.. I got as far as entering my delivery address before noticing that the ~£300 discount on my order (Hogwarts castle + Snowspeeder + Slave One) had mysteriously vanished from the 'order summary' box on the right-hand side of the screen. Went back to the shopping cart page and tried to re-enter the code, only to receive an error message this time saying that the promo code was invalid. The discount was definitely showing up when I started the checkout process (I had even used VIP points to get the total down to just under £400), so it's just lucky I spotted that it had been removed before I completed the order!

The discount code was the Lego staff code. If it doesn’t match your email address it won’t ship which is why you all got cancellation emails.
