Cheers!
Have already built the Porsche RSR, Defender, Fiat 500, non-UCS Millennium Falcon, Speed Champs Ferrari F40, AMG, Senna & Fiesta WRC. Currently in the queue are the Aston and Mustang Creator sets, along with the Speed Champs 911, GTR & Quattro.
Oops. Just *accidentally* ordered this to go with my incoming ISS...
€179 delivered, not bad.
Should probably get the Lunar Lander as well. Probably...

Just to add re. eBay - there's no way you could convince me to ever sell on there again, it's all loaded against the seller now.

Revisions to Speed Champions Audi,
This is a brilliant set but the roof with the raised studs looks wrong IMO so after a rummage round bricklink this is about the best I could mange :
Bits to remove:
Replacement parts (wish there was one piece that would so the roof but couldn’t find one)
Assembly:
Tada !
Will put stickers on roof to hide joins
I'm about to build one of these - don't suppose you have a copy of the parts you replaced to save a lot of digging around my end? Yours looks so much better I'll just do this from the off! This is a brilliant set but the roof with the raised studs looks wrong IMO so after a rummage round bricklink this is about the best I could mange :

Figured this is as good a place to ask as any.
My wife selling some lego on eBay, has accepted an offer and buyer has sent payment. She has had an email from from paypal stating that money will be held temporarily (for 21 days), eBay holding the funds, not paypal. Also says to help get money faster add shipping info to eBay.
Is this normal, I can see the logic protecting the buyer. However, it seems a bit off that they are insisting that item is posted without cleared funds?
I've never had this when selling.
I think its actually first time she has ever sold on eBay so I guess that could be the reason.
Are you sure that that it's a genuine email from Paypal? There's a scam where you can get an email that appears to show that there's a payment being held in escrow until you confirm that you've posted the item, but it's a fake email sent by the buyer. The email might contain links to a site that look like Paypal and shows a pending payment, but the site is fake too.My wife selling some lego on eBay, has accepted an offer and buyer has sent payment. As your wife is a new user, it's also possible that it's genuine. If it's genuine, your wife should be able to see a copy of the message when she logs in to her eBay or Paypal accounts. If it's a fake, and she's followed a link in the email to log in to eBay or Paypal, she should change her passwords.
My parents just dropped off so my old Lego from the 80s and 90’s and so many memories come flooding back. I can identify a few sets I remember having such as 4011 the fishing boat, 4021 the police boat and one of my favourites 6345 the airfield acrobats.
One set I remember having but cannot locate reference to it online was a speed boat or cabin cruiser. I remember it being quite a large set with lot of pieces and had a hatch upfront not much to go on I know but I am desperate now to find pics online. I am pretty sure it was not technic. Any one have any ideas what set I could be reminiscing about. I remember it being a difficult build and it did not have a pre made boat base.

Just finished the VW Creator camper. Have to say from only building Technics to that was still really enjoyable & reminded me lots of Lego as a youngster.
Might need to sneak some of these creator sets into the house although the Mrs likes the camper in display so it might not be so bad to get the beetle when the Ducati comes out.
Annoyed I missed the F40 & Mini though
