Anyone built the new UCS A-Wing and the last UCS Snowspeeder ?

Now have a space above my Y-Wing and would like recommendations if anyone has built both.
Yeah built both in last few weeks. Both good display sets.
A-wing probably a little bit more fragile, but some good build techniques.
Snowspeeder a more enjoyable build for me. Retired tho so will come with a price.
I would take the speeder if i could only have one set.
Excuse rubbish phone pics

Fantastic thanks for that ! Speeder it is then. I actually have one in my collection. I've been buying sets for the past 10 years as investments for my little 'uns University fund. I'll just have to make sure I put extra into her bank lol !

I'm loving the new speed champions cars - I did hate the 8block width, but I think it's making for neater cars. Am I the only one that immediately does a RHD conversion though?

I had the original Lego castle in 1978 it was pretty amazing at the time. The netflix Lego episode talked a lot about its impact.

The drawbridge was a bit temperamental but I loved making and playing with it.

If you have any of the older sets, its amazing to compare details (for example F8 Tributo v La Ferrari). The difference in detail is massive! Puts the old sets to shame!

If you compare the original P1 through the other two mclarens, to the Ferrari, yes can really see how they have improved

Yeh, I've done a comparison - I unashamedly have almost all of the original speed champions cars. I don't have the big Mercedes or Ferrari F1 sets as I missed out and now they're silly money (apart from the PHer who got one of them for a tenner - git)

The new ones are really good - I do wonder if there'll be a 2nd round of cars this year....

That was me!!!!

Having seen the cost of them now I dare not open the box.

I've not built it but if I had the room it would be on my list. Its huge ! You cant get much more iconic than a Star Destroyer !

It is enormous; 110cm long, 66cm wide and 44cm high... Not sure I've got anywhere I could put it once built.

Same here, no where to display it when built so it stays in its box for now. frown

Question- where’s the best place to get replacement bricks. Missing all kinds of things for this including tower pieces. How do you go about identifying part numbers with the old sets when it’s not recorded and listed in the same way.
Thanks.
