The LEPIN "LEGO" for non sensitive types

I sincerely hope the SSD and UCS falcon are seperated - otherwise I have a hell of a lot of sorting out to do!!!
Seriously, that would be terrible. The Falcon was a massive build by itself, trying to do both from one pile of 8000+ bricks will be hideous !I have now finished my Falcon, one 2x16 plate was a bit bent but I manged to use it after unbending. A 4x2 brick slope was malformed and had poor clutch bite but still usable. About 5 2x3 plates were missing. The usual problem of the 7 landing feet hinges being 2x2 instead of 2x1 was in my set as well. The technic pin joiners used on the feet had useless clutch power on one side so I used real Lego instead. The manual took up too much space on my coffe table so I used the Lego manual PDF on a tablet which worked fine, knowing about the hinges in advance. Overall not too bad but worse than Lego. The finished item is massive and cool !
I have started some mods to try and wall mount it and will update with progress and pics, assuming it works

Be careful as there are quite a few bits underneath that (a) weren't that well thought out be Lego on the original design and (b) the Lepin clutch power isn't as good. This means the whole rear back section has a tendency to fall off as well as the front right. Don't even get me started on the curved back under side panel only held on by 4 claws. It's interesting as the later builds seem to include more technic parts for strength. That's a huge piece on the rear back underside held only by studs.
If you find a way to strength it up enough without Kragle, so that is hangs on the wall, could you please let us know?

Would anybody who has the mf be able to give the correct part ids for the incorrect bits on the feet so I can order them from bricklink please?
You need 7 of these -http://www.bricklink.com/v2/catalog/catalogitem.pa...

Thanks ColinM. Would you suggest getting the pin joiners too? Are they the tube shaped pieces?[quote=Stig]Well, second delivery arrived...

The bags have each set number on so should make it a bit easier.
Little bags printed, big bags hand written.
Still a lot of bags to go through if they are mixed.

I strongly suggest that you download the Lego manual, it has a full parts list at the back and if you put the serial number into Bricklink it will take you straight to the part you are looking for.My 48 superheroes for £30 came, and there was no customs charge to pay. They were in a box, then in sandwich bags of 8, and then each one in their own little bag.
I had a Thor with no body, so now have spare hair and hammer. A Batman had a split bag, but we found all the bits, and made him up, as well as a Captain America and an Ironman.
They are a little bit lower quality than real Lego, the legs and arms being either a bit stiffer or floppier than Lego. (I've never thought about it, but it's pretty impressive how consistent they get than.)
At 62.5p each they'll make great party bag fillers and pass the parcel intermediate prizes. (But I've kept the best ones for me, obviously.)

After placing my order for the Porsche (from DollHouseBuilder) on the 19th I got a tracking number a few days later, but it is still not showing as a valid tracking number on the UPS website, and the AliExpress site says tracking information is unavailable. Hoping it is just a temporary tracking number and I will have an expected delivery date soon.
Want to ensure this order goes smoothly before ordering a Star Wars set but getting impatient to place my next order

Mine came with the correct 2x1 hinges so they must have altered the packages. vtecsilver said:

If not it's likely an internal tracking number from seller to shipper

(maybe I won't as I don't collect lego)
Shirley the fun in finding rare lego is in, well you'no finding rare lego. I can get people buying retired sets that are no longer in production as realisticly you aren't finding a collector edition millennium falcon for £150 but giving out snide mini figures at a kids birthday party? You could give out normal mini figs that cost very little and the kids wouldn't care.
I mean I've collected Porsche stuff for a long, long time but I wouldn't be interested in some plastic cheap chinese tat model of a 911.
Welllllll I stumbled across this thread by accident and now feel ill be buying myself the US MF as an early Christmas present. I have the genuine Episode 7 MF, so I may feel a bit dirty buying the Lepin version, but at £150 as opposed to £3k+ I'm sure I'll get over it.
Always wanted the genuine article, suppose this will have to do for now.

A fair and valid opinion.
Fair enough. The only genuine Lego superhero minifigures I can find are either used on eBay and about £5, or new and from about £8 each. Since I need about 15 of them, they can all have a teeny toy, that looks like one of their favourite superheroes, and nobody cares when it gets lost.
But when it comes to collecting them all, the rarity and so on of the real thing I agree with. But I'm still tempted by a Ghostbusters Firehouse that I don't mind the kids playing with, rather than something I won't build to maintain it's value.
No offence intended. Have a happy afternoon!
