I'd pick one up cheap when they get reduced eventually - it looks like it'd fit on the transporter when I get round to building that one day.

Rough terrain crane is down to £128 plus a few quid postage.

That's a bargain I think

The problem with the McLaren is that, if you took the McLaren stickers of it, you wouldn't be any wiser as to what it is. At least with the Corvette (for example) you can tell what it is. The Macca, could just be any generic supercar.

You won't regret it - great build and really good to play about with too. I think I may have mentioned that once or a hundered times before biglaugh For that money, even if you hate it, you can't really go wrong with the amount of pieces you've ended up with.

It does look like insane VFM at that price.

Can’t go wrong for £128.

Now on the hunt for a deal on a Chiron & Sian.

Chiron was £200 yesterday - potential I guess for that to be reduced again next Friday to that price

We are really helping out the retailers

Are you buying from John Lewis over Amazon? / or sharing your spend around retailers?

Chiron is currently at £233, showing a £97 saving on RRP on Amazon - https://amzn.to/2IKpIcs
Sian is £239, showing a £110 saving - https://amzn.to/3nTK3ej

After building the Defender, although it looks great and has some nice "playable features", I can't help feeling that the super clever & complex transmission is somewhat wasted without it being motorised, and I don't want to "invest" in either the Chron or Sian for that reason.

Very for the aforementioned crane. And whoever offers the best price will be used for the Chiron & Sian.

Was annoyed that I missed the Chiron @ £200 on Amazon the other day.

What do all your views say when your burning so much cash on pricy Lego - do you have to splash the cash on something for them.

I don't have a view, but my wife is happy with me buying it, it stops me from spending it on hookers, drugs and fast cars!!!
