Nylon or Delrin Blocks

Hi, I need to make a battery mount for one of my RC cars and to make a couple of parts for another.
Hacing come up with the cunning plan that armed with my Dremel and a block of suitable material I could sculpt anything I need, I then realised that I don't have said suitable material!

Anyone got any ideas where I could get some nylon or delrin (or another similar material) so that I can get dremmeling? Google has not been much help (although some of the websites that appeared whilst searching for nylon were fascinating ) Perspex would be too brittle so need something plasticy.
