LSD on R56 cooper s

Has anyone drove a new cooper s with a limited slip diff.. and without is their much difference???

i've decided to go for both sports suspension and lsd. Both of these should be standard in my opinion. I have been doing a lot of reading up with regards to the new "S" and it seems to be out performing the cars supposed performance figures! 0-60 in a shade under 7 secs and on to 100 in just under 17 secs.
