Looks like Wenbo won't be in it at all this year, trailing 0-9 to Jamie Jones. It's not been a successful qualifying campaign for the Chinese in general, with Xiao Guodong looking like the only player that's going to make it through.
Lost 10-0, bloody hell.

I saw an interview with Jimmy Sh*te at the start of qualifying where he was talking up his chances on the back of putting in the hours on the practice table. Was going great for him too, right up until he met a good player (Joe Perry) and promptly lost. I'm amazed he didn't retire from the professional tour years ago and just cash in on the exhibition circuit.
Jimmy White hasn't missed a ball in practice for about 2 decades, whenever you hear him speak it's the same - "I'm buzzing in practice". Yeah buzzing from all the cocaine perhaps.

Typing this from a hospital bed after a knee op (nothing too gruesome!), should be out later today. When asked by work how long I'd be off I quickly replied 2 weeks, possibly on the Tuesday. Not sure if they've sussed the timing, doubt I could have had a better time to have my leg rested.. Ding to win, please.

Maguire was always going to be a tough 1st round draw but Ronnie just doesn't look switched on so far. Early days but arguably the 2 tournament favourites have an uphill task ahead.

I think the world wants Perry to finish him. Who would admit to being a Selby fan?

Just need that arrogant Prick Ronnie to get knocked out early on, and I'm happy.

blimey, if you are a Snooker fan and don’t like Ronnie, these last 15 years must have been tough.

I’d love to see him get his 1000 Centuries.

Game on - a brilliant clearance there from Ronnie to make it 5-6.
