18 holes booked for 2pm on Tuesday!

I'm hoping my home course knows something that I don't as they have opened their online booking for rounds from Monday onwards.

Don't let me down drakeford!!!!
Must be an error, as that's 2 weeks early. Or they just thought fk it we'll open.
Wales haven't given a date yet.

The review is due Friday

So tempted to head to Wales for a game if they reopen the courses, only a few hours drive away! - deffo beats practicing my chipping into a green on a closed course in the local park!

Wales open for business tomorrow, woo hoo etc. Shame our local course is under water in places and snow is predicted, grrr. I'll still go.

I didn't think so.

For anyone else who got one of those druid trolleys...if you're trying to unfold it for the first time and feel like you're away to break something, don't be afraid, they're just very stiff. Spent a good while tonight before I decided to force it.

First round since 23rd December tomorrow. Was shanking many an iron at the driving range on Saturday, 4 irons included, so a bit apprehensive.

Pretty sure I'd started standing closer to the ball again so will need to make a conscious effort to keep my distance.

Might have to visit our Cardiff office next week then

Great to see Westwood going well again at the Players. Hopefully he can close this on out and take some form into the Masters.

And Sergio's putting today. Missing the hole completely from 8" yikes.

What a difference a trolley makes for 18 holes, no hip or knee pain at all which I'd been getting every round I carried the clubs previously.

Golf was good and bad, my game has reversed with the driver being by far the strongest club now and the irons a comparative disaster, most notable on par 3's.

9 over for the par 3's (two triples, a double and a bogey) and 3 under for the par 5's. biggrin

Didn't notice any issues as a junior but at the grand old age of 32 I'm apparently nowhere near as fit.

Definitely worth doing for anyone in a similar position.

One can hope, but regardless that was an exceptional performance at this stage in his career. Well played Lee.

Yes, great stuff from Westwood, 2 weeks in a row.
I was only able to watch a little tonight but saw DeChambeau hit a very relatable top 100 yards with something like a 5 wood off the tee, then his iron about 80 yards right of the green. Hope for us all.

I am waiting for him to hit one 300 yards out of bounds! biggrin
