Not beaten at Eden Park, but a draw will still be on the history books.

Draw!

...draw? That's no way to end a series.

Fantastic respect shown by the teams at the end of the match. Played in an excellent spirit.

ABs were by far the better team over the series, but they didn't take their chances and Lions scrapped their way through the games.

The difference was probably the scratch nature of the Lions team - they just can't gel in the time available.

Faz didn't have a brilliant game, but his kicks were decent.. Especially that 45 metre with 2 minutes to go, to level the series.

His kicking vs Barrett's kicking was what kept the lions in this match.

Lot of positives for the England team coming out of this - very good tours for George, Itoje, Sinckler, Lawes and pretty good for T'eo and Daly. Hopefully George will now get to start ahead of Hartley.

That's some serious stones to do that under the circumstances.

Yeah. Wonder whether Barratt will think about the sitter he missed on two minutes.

Much.

I have just watched it at my local club. Absolutely packed. At the the end they all clapped and cheered as though we had won.

I just don't get it. Four nations combined can't beat one little nation.

Not long to prepare and gel and develop a style of play though, that's the thing.

It's a bit of a weird anachronism in sport really which is what makes it special.

4 nations who only come together for these short periods of time.

Or on the flip side, a scratch side have travelled across the world and come within a whisker of beating the best team in the world (in any sport, arguably).

Yes but the All Blacks have a very good track record, Kiwis love rugby and it's well supported from grass roots upwards.

You could ask of many sports why New Zealand tends to outperform in relation to population, funding etc.

Absolutely superb series overall. The achievement should not be understated, only the 2nd Lions team to get a result in a series against the AB, and arguably against the most dominant sports team around.

Itoje, JD, Warburton and SOB were all immense over the series.

Well done lads
