Ah, I am only reading on cricinfo, so hard to spot these errors.

I know we are terrible at this and that even if we win today, we are still likely to get hammered in the next match.

But, hope springs eternal. Glad Finn wasn't bowling today, and finally they pick Hales !

Come on lads, pick the pace up.

Playing our usual brand of utter garbage, it is as if they never watch other teams.

23 overs gone, we need to be scoring at 6 an over to win. Current run rate 4.53.

Yes keeping wickets in hand is important, but if you are later going to rely on a bowler to be hitting 10 an over at the death because your top four are scared to hit it off the square then no wonder we lose close chases.

So many dot balls.

Bell is thinking, if we have 130/35 by 30 overs then we have a chance. this is awful. We should be way ahead of the curve, by sensible aggressive batting.

I mean - we will probably win this game, but the lack of aggression, the sheer insipid nature of our play, is awful.

Oh dear, The hammer of justice has gone.

It is so bad, I actually want us to go out.

Sack the lot of the them, all the board, all the management and coaches.

Total utter miserable failures. I watch Peter Moores being interviewed last night, I don't think he has been watching the same matches.

Mate, we are nudging singles when we need 10 an over.

Ok Buttler could go lightsabres, but the way we are today, first time he takes them on he will be caught.

edit, SIXER as I am typing

38 needed of 25 balls - still close, but yes, odds on the Bangles

Moores for permanent England coach smile

In all seriousness though absolutely shocking display from you lot. I have never seen a more gutless performance.
I think that is what bothers me most, it is just so bloodless.

Comes from all the dressing room shenanigans and years of Cook's leadership skills. They just don't look like a team who know where they are going or what to do.

Hales and Woakes hardly new which way was up today, missed all the other matches, pulled back in for a losing cause after five weeks out, still played out of position... Crazy.

No one knows who is going to get picked, or what the selection criteria is anymore, and if they are in the team, chances are they are asked to do an unfamilar job - eg open, or come in at five, when they clearly are a 7. Broad is shot, game over. Jimmy barely played ODI for 18 months, then is hailed as a world beater.

Our best ODI bats at the moment are Bopara and Pieterson, and they aren't even playing !

A total and utter shambles.

Sack the whole back room/selectors and coaches.

Love to see the Kiwis beat the crims in their own backyard.

But the Aussies do look strong
