Totally off topic - I didn't realise you could just bin the Sky Cinema. I always understood that if you wanted Sports you would up with everything. We never watch the movies so if we can bin that to save some money we'll do it!
Yeah I phoned up to cancel and they said they could do some deals. I said I didn't want cinema anymore as we had Netflix and Prime. I then added Sports on.Ended up halving my monthly fee and a direct swap of cinema with sports.

Back on topic. Looks like Stokes is massively unfit. How is he going to bowl in 5 ashes tests?
He didn't look good when taking that catch and his knee buckling under him.He won't bowl in the first or maybe the second I don't think. Problem is how do you bring another bowler in without damaging your batting attack.
He's the cap, he has to be on field playing, but if he can't bowl and is batting middle order then where do you make the compromise, given you dont want to be compromising in an Ashes series at all.
Tounge did well in this test but its a different level against Australia, that would be a risk, and you already need to bring Anderson back in.
I think this squad is heavy with greater batters and great bowlers but is light with all rounders.

No, there is a lot of for the benefit of the microphone talk about how he his fine, but they are not about to say 2 weeks out from the first Test its looking bad. Got to play the mind games as much as anything. Edited by Scabutz on Sunday 4th June 11:05

Suppose so. Guess the press aren’t exactly going to be all like “I can’t believe you lied to us!!!”Baron Greenback said:
England spinner Jack Leach has been ruled out of the Ashes series against Australia with a back stress fracture.
