I must be missing something here. I've just googled Jessica Ennis and she really looks nothing special. If the attraction is simply that she has her midriff on display then surely there are better examples?

Ennis is one of those whose attraction is greater than the sum of her parts.
I agree there are few photos in which she looks spectacular, but her overall appearance and personality (as portrayed on telly and print) is quite delightful. Fit as. I would.
