Another great day's racing.

I think Froome will win, with Bertie second and Nibbles third. They all, even Quintana, looked good on the cobbles today.

Been great so far. Froome is looking strong and is full of confidence.

Thoroughly enjoyed today's stage - Tony Martin was truly smitten to be in yellow.

Probably, but having seen Cav get up hills like never before in the nationals a couple of weeks back, he'll fancy a small chance of getting up there today.

I'm also trying to work out how to balance the Ashes, Wimbledon and LeTour against getting some work done.

I feel sad for Martin, so happy on Tuesday to take Yellow, and now probably out. Looks so much like a collarbone the way he struggled over the line.

"Unfortunately, the collarbone is a lateral fracture," team doctor Helge Riepenhof said. "The collarbone is in lots of pieces, so it was a major impact. One of the pieces came through the skin, which means it's an open fracture. Therefore, even if it was Tony's wish to start tomorrow, I have to say he is not allowed to.

Gutted for him. Must be so hard to want to compete and not be able to.

What a shame. He seems like a nice chap and you could see how much the yellow jersey meant to him.

His team will miss him in the TTT.

Luca Paolini busted for cocaine, suspended by UCI and removed from the tour.

Oops.

So Porte has announced that he is to leave Sky at the end of this year to focus on his own GC ambitions, talk of him going to BMC or maybe OGE?

Blimey! Hope he is ok.

I remember him being the next big thing years ago. Then, of course, he got caught up in the drug stuff. I do hope that if he did do drugs, they haven't had a part in this condition.
