I however do believe in illegal downloads, but since my connection is slightly slower than my 3g connection, any sort of download is just out of the question.
If the UFC cannot be frakking stted to put their shows on a decent frakking channel, then frak them all. I got bored with UFC a long time ago.

FRakkers.

He'll always be around with an attitude like that, combined with his skills, he'll be like Randy Couture/Hulk Hogan. biggrin

Sorry in some ways that his reign and the intrigue about who will/could beat him is over but couldn't have been happier when he finally got tagged. Served him right as he's got away with these antics and this sort of gamesmanship for too long. Bad form and it cost him. Fight was there to win too. Daft. Heart over head...
He was just too good for everyone, that gives leave to drop game for ringmanship. So he dicked about to allow a decent match, better for the fans because seeing Superman beat everyone was boring? Seems he doesn't give a stuff about legacy so losing the belt in a half-hearted effort was his route out.

"Helwani got around to asking White—or "Dana," as the pseudo-press tends to style him—"

They style him after his name...crafty!

Also just seen the news the Bigfoot Silva tested over the limit for TRT, and has lost his bonus and appearance money.
UFC testing or an athletic commission?

I wonder if Anderson now regrets his previous fights style.

Based on Youtube videos it looks liek there is trash talking going on to beef up fights but is this part of a 'show' or just stuff they do to build up hype?
Most of it looks to be hype, even some of the real twits like Diaz just talk a load of blather to generate 'heat'.

With so many fighters needing therapy I wonder how many have low Testosterone levels as a result of using steroids too heavily, or wrongly - with inadequate post use protocols - in the past, so have shut their natural production down, for too long/at the wrong, inconvenient time?

Or could it be due to over training and too many, too severe weight cuts messing their systems up?
Can it be to over training? In Bigfoot's case he doesn't have to cut much, if at all does he?

I recall Chris Benoit was on HRT.

For those that have the dedication, I reckon that they can do it without extras, like Aleksandr Karelin.
The trouble with the life of the MMA star, are outside 'extras' and the social life.

Looking at his frame, middleweight would seem best.

Brock got smashed when he had already mentally moved on from the UFC thinking his competitive career was over due to his meat addiction.
There have been numerous WWE (and pro wrestling in general) faces who have been legit tough guys/shooters.
Some get offered the chance to leap (like Haku), some desperately try (like Lashley), some live in both worlds with ease (Shamrock/Severn/Lesnar etc).
Don't know how CM Punk will fare, never been a fan, but I am interested in any WWE alma mater that makes the jump.

Interestingly, there is a story of a backstage wrestling match, in which Kurt Angle faced Brock Lesnar. Back when Lesnar first joined the WWE. The story is that Kurt won, but Lesnar disputes that.
Kurt Angle was an Olympic standard wrestler, and back then, he wasn't utterly fked and a physical wreck.

Nice write up.

Jones seems a bit of a knob.

Wish this stuff was broadcast on one of the big five channels.
