Nunes is going to demolish her!
I think not.But there's only one way to find out...
FIGHT!!!!
I first thought Nunes would indeed demolish Ronda, but I really believe the Ronda we saw against Holm was not the real Ronda. She just didn't look in shape or herself at all to me. I think she'll come in really motivated and will be in shape so and therefore will take Nunes down and get back to what she does best and armbar her.
I'd much rather Nunes knocks her out because I'm not a fan of her.
Nunes is a pretty fierce opponent. I guess we will have to wait and see though. Will be interesting to watch either way.

Well Dom & Cody's weigh in looked a bit lively.
Anyone see the video of their press conference?
Not sure what to make of it really, but none the less I'm having an early night tonight hopefully and I'm gonna wake up around 3.30 to watch the last couple fights and then head off to work for a few hours.
Can't believe they are doing it on a Friday instead of doing it on Sunday being new years.

All this talk of Ronda taking her down "and its all over", Nunes is a black belt in BJJ.
Ronda looking like Ronda at the weigh ins. To be fair BJJ blackbelts aren't what they were a decade ago and even then the comparison to Olympic level competition experience in any sport let alone Judo falls over, getting a BJJ black belt and an Olympic medal don't compare in terms of the effort and dedication over many many years. That said BJJ on it's own is worth more in the "octagon"Result was never in doubt.
UFC just hyped it up to get as much cash as they can as she is a broken spirit and won't be back. If the fact one is a superior fighter wasn't enough, the eyes gave it away. She was ALWAYS going to get smashed in this fight, she enjoyed her time winning but is mentally fragile. Barely 50 seconds with virtually no defence. Nunes is a different league entirely, planned her ascent from day one.
Hollywood beckons for Rousey but I can't see her taking this loss very well at all. Forget about fighting, I just hope she has good people around her to make sure she doesn't go off the edge and do something silly.

Hollywood?
Talk show circuit first.$3m + PPV for Rousey, $100k for Nunes the champion who smashed her, says it all really. Very happy Nunes handled her so quickly as the UFC did her fantastic disservice by shamelessly promoting Rousey and barely mentioning the champion. Even an hour before the fight they put that joke of a promo poster online hoping to cash in on a Rousey victory that was never going to happen.
