If anyone is on O2 and has the Priority app, I won one of the new England shirts!
Think they had thousands to give away, so well worth trying your luck for one press of the button.
It's nice as well.
Shame they'll be in red tomorrow![frown](/inc/images/frown.gif)
The lack of hype has been a bit frustrating but myself and MRs9 hit Sainsbury's last night for all the booze for tomorrow!

So how come that for England's opening match at its home RWC, that it has to use it's second (red) kit, whilst Fiji gets to use its home (white) kit?!
Surely thats wrong?
I always thought that it was traditional for the home team to wear their change kit when there is a colour clash as their kit would be immediately available whereas the away team may not have their change strip with them. Surely thats wrong?

Now you mention it, in Rugby that always used to be the case.Certainly when I was playing it was true at club rugby level.
I read a while back England would be in red. Something to do with the fact that none of the fixtures for this purpose are classed as being at home-could technically could happen again to England (although I can't think of anyone else England will/could play with White as their first choice?) or any other team.

For those looking for a decent preview I heard on the radio earlier that 5live were doing one tonight at 8pm. They stated it's also on the red button on TV so presume there's a studio element to it.

And for any who missed the thread....http://www.rugbyworldcup.com/
There's been a PH league for the last couple or World Cups and most of the Six Nations, but I've not seen a thread about it this time around, so I figured I'd start one...
Game is here ---> http://fantasyrugby.espn.co.uk/ESPN/en/1/userhome....

Before you follow the link, be warned!!!!! It launches into a video of Tom Wood telling you how the game works or whatever, so mute your volume if you're in the office. smile

watch footage of Nadolo (https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=UXkYNblaz8s) and the guy is just a freak (in a very very good way) and I really hope he gets starved of the ball against us
Nadolo is a very impressive player, has been great to watch in super15. http://www.bbc.co.uk/sport/0/rugby-union/34258691

They missed Waisake Naholo off that list though - not quite as big but very fast, skilled and powerful, top try scorer in super15 this year with 12 to Nadolo's 9.
If you're watching any of the NZ games then keep an eye on Nehe Milner-Skudder as well, he's a bit of a chainsaw.

Quite a trail of squashed players in that wake. There's a good few smart offloads in there. He looks useful.Gassing Station | Sports | Top of Page | What's New | My Stuff
