Although an England Supporter through and through, fair play to my adpoted home for not rolling over and for putting up a fight ! Impressive given the fact that they've lost to Canada & Bangladesh lately...

although the batsmen are a little "BERMU-SED" at 44 for 8!

always good to start a tour with a win - even if I am saying it about the phukin soap dodgers!

Well that's the big one out of the way. The mighty Bermudans vanquished, just the antipodean upstarts to dispose of on Friday and we're ready to begin our undoubted march towards world cup glory.

(I knew it was a mistake to watch Chariots of Fire last night. hehe)

OK ladies.. a few days of rest for us weary sledgers & it's all about to crank up a notch or two.. unrep, mikey, 360 & 308.. waz the concensus? start a new WC thread or breath some life into the old monster? My vote is for the latter - it will make it easier for us to see you eat your own words

Lets start shall we???? Impressive display by the england batsmen against world cricket giants bermuda; lets hope you dont fall at 1st hurdle FFS!!

let the games begin

Im not watching any cricket till i get out there. It reminds me when i was about to head out to Sydney for the 2003 Rugby World Cup for the Semi's and the Final. Was at home watching the Wales vs Eng quarter final and for long periods of the game it looked like we would lose. My friend and i had paid a bit of money for our trip out and there was the possibility we wouldn't even see England play. Was a horrible feeling. Turned out nice though.

Oh well, if it happens in the cricket at least i will be able to enjoy a warm, stunning country with plenty of rum ! Ha
