All runs come to an end, even record ones.

Shame it didn't end with a good performance from England.
I think that’s it

If England played as well as they can - and get beat, I can live with that

But that performance ....... well!

Well played Scotland. Their defence was very good and smothered England. Luck was very much on their side in the second half but they played their game and were allowed to play it. If England had a game plan I hope this wasn’t it.

Thoroughly enjoyable afternoon of rugby, but probably describe much of what I saw as passionate rather than perfect

Worst I've seen England play in a long time though

Some good news from me. My BT box has stopped. So I wasn't able to watch the Scots celebrate without seeming a bad looser.

What a cracking game of rugby. Scotland won 50 out of 80 minutes and when England started getting an ascendency, they were a man down.

Congratulations Scotland

Well played by Scotland but Nigel Owens got Wales revenge for the Twickenham non try in .

It was certainly exciting. A good day's rugby. Could have been better, but that's rugby.

I saw it right up until the Scottish kick into touch from the penalty after the (final?) England attack in the last minute.

This was the conclusion from the Wales game. Only this time England couldn't even get PlanA into action.

No clue on how to adapt on the pitch. Too many penalties (old school England).

I used to be a fan of Brown. Good pace and prepared to get stuck in. But he's proving a liability at present.

OF had a decent enough game, but there was nothing stand out from England.

And credit where it's due, Scotland played really well (for what was in front of them). The autumn made me think they could take the 6N. And then they had a stinker against Wales and were average against France. Raising their game against us is a national sport though.

Ireland's championship now. Grand Slam on. I can see England finishing 3rd...

Don't get me wrong, England deserved to lose but Owens kept it from getting close. Scotland's first half and defence when needed were well worthy of the win.

It had absolutely nothing to do with Owens.

Both England tries were as a result of fouls and we were comprehensively outplayed by Scotland until about the 72nd minute.

Scotland absolutely deserves that victory

Yup, and the yellow card was a yellow card all day long. If he had stayed on, could easily have been a different result.
