So....amir khan and his major announcement tomorrow.....the rumour mill says it will be him signing with eddie hearn and first fight under matchroom will be adrien broner!!!...
Like it!!!
And brings khan/brook closer if true
So is Al-Haymon dropped? About time...Like it!!!
And brings khan/brook closer if true
3 fight deal rumours say, so Broner would be a recognisable but beatable name to start with, then some non-fight, and finish with Brook or Horn?

Broner vs Khan, that's gonna cause some haters some headaches...
Is it at welter? Broner's not a Welter weight Imo, he's just not living the life and can't make the weight he should be (probably light weight) i really dont rate him and thats not just because he's lacking class personality wise.
Khan was up at 155 to fight Canelo wasn't he and looked good at it... Seems like khan should mash him up pretty good to me, its a no win for khan, for me, unless he absolutely does a number on Broner.
i would assume welter but we'll find out later on!Is it at welter? Broner's not a Welter weight Imo, he's just not living the life and can't make the weight he should be (probably light weight) i really dont rate him and thats not just because he's lacking class personality wise.

It will be a long slog for Khan to get down to 147 I think. Then again maybe the jungle helped lol.
Joking aside, apparently the jungle did bring Khan's weight down quite meaningfully (and would have been even more were it not for the strawberries; or so I've been told...anything with 'Celebrity' in the title is not really my bag!). Plus, as Fred mentions, though Khan's last fight was technically at Middleweight, it was only 1lb over the Light-Middleweight limit; unlike Brook who went up to the full 160lbs to fight Golovkin then back down to 147lbs (a weight he was struggling with anyway) for the title defence against Errol Spence jr.I've got my fingers crossed for both Khan and Brook that they look good in their respective comeback fights - though still a big fight, at the moment Khan vs Brook as a proposition has certainly lost something compared to, say, 2015 when Brook was holding the IBF belt and Khan had just schooled Devon Alexander...

For anyone who watched AJ Kiltchsko on FB Live. Sky found the streamer and handed him a £5k fine.

So Khan finally back in the ring 21st April at the Echo Arena. Surpised it is in Liverpool rather than MEN Arena.
Wise of Eddie to book the venue and then find an opponent, rather than the other way around, otherwise Khan would have been calling out people for another 2 years
Now let us see that hand speed hopefully get another belt for Britain before he retires.

fking hell tusc... You've let us down.
That said I need to save some brownie points up because the first quarter of 2018 has some amazing boxing in the pipeline.
I am many things my brother.....but I am afraid even me and my varied skill set is not capable of influencing mr hearn, Mr warren, sky and boxnationThat said I need to save some brownie points up because the first quarter of 2018 has some amazing boxing in the pipeline.

I expect smith to win handily.....i can't see brahmer coping well at this age and coming down a weight...http://www.bbc.co.uk/sport/boxing/42667194
Groves and eubank is getting ever more intriguing for me after initially seeing it as a comfortable win for groves....
