You can still get tickets direct from the venue, could probably be cheaper than StubHub.

Just go to the Staples Center site and go from there.

I personally don't like cheaper tickets, as the event is so far from you you end up just watching on the big screens.

Rather go once in a blue moon and pay as much as possible for a ticket than squint, but that's just me. Especially boxing where if you are not close up you won't see the details.

Having said that As the saying goes, it's not where you are but who your with. So if you have the right people around you atmosphere could be worth the visit.

Fury looks good to go.

Interview of Wilder on BBC site too, he sounds mentally in the right place as well.

Could be a great night rotate

What's going on with that bloke at the front (in grey shorts)? His head looks way too big for his body!

Thanks - couldn't find it yesterday. The wine induced haze didn't help!

Read a few articles saying Andre Ward could possibly come out of retirement...Usyk and Callum Smith are possible opponents.

Callum Smith has no chance against Ward. Usyk might just beat him though

Can't see it myself - there is no big name fighter out there for him to fight. Usyk is after the heavyweights now and would not be interested.

Frankie Gavin fought again last night and must be one of the most unprofessional boxers out there, missed the welterweight limit by 5.5lbs and was stopped in the 4th round by Spain’s Lejjarga who stopped Bradley Skeete earlier in the year.

What an incredible waste of talent, from world amateur champion to missing weight for the Olympics and then missing weight numerous times as a pro even at weight classes at least one above his natural weight class.

Lennox comments on Joshua said:
He says he doesn’t want to fight Tyson Fury for a year or so. He wants to go around making money. I think that’s going to be a downfall for him. He has to stay with it; he can’t be in the background.

He's right in so much as Joshua has to keep busy. For me, he's still not quite learnt his craft and should be fighting more frequently to hone his skills. As for his level of opposition, it couldn't really get any better and that's not something you could say about Wilder's and Fury's opponents. Joshua is a guy that has been collecting belts and fighting dangerous mandatory contenders. Outside of Ortiz, Wilder is fighting nobodies and is quite often getting outboxed before landing this bombs and ending the fight.

Let's hope that after their respective fights that we get to see Joshua vs Wilder/Fury.

I watched this a few weeks ago on ESPN or BT Sport, really enjoyed it, although it's ultimately a pretty sad story...

I found this very interesting, a decent in depth look at technically how the fight could pan out

https://youtu.be/AxVZXoKK1xk

Personally I think it's Wilder with a KO inside 5 once he has realised he can walk Fury down and catch him on the ropes.

However the point about a tall counter punching southpaw is very interesting. Can't wait for the fight.

+1 to can't wait for the fight!!!

Joshua decided to open his mouth again without his PR peoples approval... He says the fight is on too late so he isn't going to bother watching. He should be ringside or there as a pundit.
