20 million apparently watched Saturday night illegally, although more surprising was 19% of them were in the U.K.
Maybe boxing just isn’t that big in America anymore?
The timezone probably helped us out too. 11pm is a lot more palatable than staying up until 6am.Maybe boxing just isn’t that big in America anymore?

No American fighting, on while other sports were on in the USMaybe boxing just isn’t that big in America anymore?
Only 19% UK honestly surprises me, will be interesting to see the PPV split if it's released
Probably been covered but is there any reason at all why a ref is paid to be biased. I mean why exactly? Is there some off-ring betting going on that one should know about for 'fixing' a fight? I'm not naive in knowing that more than one previous match was fixed. https://x.com/AdrianKD3/status/1792707516830523814

To me, it looks like an old guy who may be a bit on the slow side trying to get the best view and not being spatially aware. We have had a health week at school and I've been putting together inspirational sports films for the kids to watch, because sport is a brilliant metaphor for life itself. In doing so, I've been revisiting a lot of Ali footage and some of the kids were amazed. They just knew who he was, not what he had done. If you are like that, if Ali is just a name you've been told is the greatest and you've not watched him do so...immediately!!! What a boxer.

Joe Joyce vs Derek Chisora - 27th July
I do fear for the volume of punches both these guys are taking.
Pummelling each others heads for 12 rounds won't help matters.
I agree. Derek should stick to interviewing where he is quite amusing.I do fear for the volume of punches both these guys are taking.

He looked a bit of a unit last weekend whilst feasting on 5 guys.
Genuinely worried for Chisora he doesn't want to be taking bombs from Big Joe at age 46 or whatever he really is....
So having a match a week after Fury Usyk is like dying on the same day as Michael Jackson but a real barnstormer is on us if you'd forgotten!
Taylor Catterall
I really hope Catterall gets the official victory this time his "loss" last time was probably about the worst case of match fixing there's been in modern boxing. Haven't really followed the form of either fighter to be fair so over to you guys for predictions....

There’s also Okoli Vs Rozanski for the Bridger weight title tonight.
A new made up weight category for 14st 4 to 16st
Think I will skip that one. Always better things to do than watch Okolie grab and cuddle someone for 12 rounds.A new made up weight category for 14st 4 to 16st
Looking forward very much to Catterall vs Taylor. I think Jack has his number to be honest - too quick and too accurate.
Some times things happen that’s make you look back and contemplate. Last night I saw the GBM event from York hall was live on YouTube. Who did I see but little Taz Nadeem who started out at a kids class way back when I was coaching it, he must have been 8/9 years old at the time and small for his age.
Reminds me that’s it’s been over a decade since I set foot in a ring having moved to another town and not found a local club to go to.

I think okolie was getting a bit over excited following his performance against a guy who has fought 5 times in 5 years and was tailor made for him.
His entourage were also giving it the big one as if he had just won undisputed last week.
I watched it this morning, and I hadn't realised, Okolie was facing the same guy who went life-and-death with Babic (who hadn't read the script previously, because Babic was supposed to walk through him that night to win the title). His entourage were also giving it the big one as if he had just won undisputed last week.
I think it is fair to say, there isn't currently much depth to the talent pool wanting to campaign at bridgerweight.

He didn't go life or death with Babic, he knocked him out in the 1st round I think it is fair to say, there isn't currently much depth to the talent pool wanting to campaign at bridgerweight.
