Alerts are too slow. You need to keep an eye, refresh, and be lucky.

Agree the alerts are next to useless, by the time you get the SMS or email the tickets have gone. You need to keep the page open and refresh frequently.

Those Friday tickets I saw about 40 mins ago have definitely gone now though!

Children aged 12 and under don't need a ticket, Ben - we do issue wristbands but they are simply for parents to write their telephone numbers on in case younger children get separated! Anyone aged 13 to 21 needs a Young Person's ticket.

I remember it being that way too Ben! And a quick check on the FOS ticket page suggests it is still! Perhaps somebody will clarify!
