I'm struggling to comprehend the scale of the effort needed to be a soloist in this event.... yet the leading soloist is 17th overall after 345 miles! bow

That's how to do finisher medals. Bike chain bottle opener.

Powered by flapjack.

Dawn at Brands. I had the pleasure of riding from pitch dark night to birdsong dawn.

Slick handover from Edd to Tony.

Well done chaps - was a pleasure to meet you.

(Imrans brother).

Next year if you need a hot shower/bath - any house type help, you are welcome over my place.

Well done guys, was finally nice to put a face to all the names smile

Shame I couldn't partake in the team effort this time. I and my brother [above] would certainly be interested in joining up in the PH pedal powered team next time round.

Cheers.

Anyone know how the Sunday Service went? I was on track 0900-1500 so couldn't come over for look and chat, much as I wanted to, but I could tantalisingly see all the cars parked up each time I came round Paddock Hill.

Hi Guys.
It really was a great event and the atmosphere in the pit garage was great.
Even in my darkest moments, (complete meltdown at around midnight), everyone still managed to the the pi## and make me feel like things were somehow normal.
Thanks for the kind, and not so kind, words.
Now, who's up for next year? wink
