I have been running Vittoria Open Pave's for the last 10 months, not a single puncture. Will be swapping for the same again later this year.
What are the Open Pave's like in the wet?Open Paves are superb in the wet, mud 'n' grime of winter: it's what they're made for! That, and being battered over cobbles, which they also do very well.
After destroying a set of (admittedly VERY good) Open Corsas, I switched to a set of Michelin Pro4 Service Course tyres on grounds of cost, and simply something different. And TBH, they're nigh-on as good as the Corsas, and very good in the wet. Plenty of volume too for a nice ride.
