Got your mail.

You can certainly come over on Friday to drop your bits off and we will get you priced up and sorted out.

However - not being at work now, I cant promise when we'll be able to do it. The Workshop is manic at the moment, and may well be booked up for a few days. If you like, and to save you a trip, I will take your number, and get the bits ordered for you tomorrow, give you a call during the day, and get you sorted.

We are located here -

Yes, do that ^^

Give me a ring between 12-1pm or after 4pm though as I'm in clinic all day tomorrow.
Maybe I was expecting a bit much with a same day turn around....it'd be nice though! smile

Don't worry, you wouldnt be the first. Many people seem to be quite surprised to hear how busy we are - a few weeks ago it was a 3 week turnaround for any service work, thats with 2.5 mechanics every day!

We love to be able to help people out as quick as possible, but some of the things some customers ask of us are faintly ridiculous! I'm sure anyone else with bike shop experience will tell you the same.

I've stuck a note in my phone for tomorrow.

Glad to be of help.

Full bike rebuild overnight? frozen bottom bracket removal? no problem sir, I'll get that done in three hours whilst all these customers disappear because we can't PDI their newly puchased bikes rolleyes

However, beer/jaffa cakes/lunch waved under mechanics noses always helps them clear a hole in the diarywink

Well I picked up my new wheel yesterday, thanks Simon.

Good news: Went out for a ride tonight and it didn't break smile

Bad news: 8 miles from home I got a puncture.....because no fvcking rim tape had been fitted! frown

Bit $hit that tbh.

I'll chin someone tomorrow when I find out who fitted your stuff... clowns... sorry about that.

If your passing I/we'll sort you out with one - built wheels should have the stuff off a roll on them.
