I'm working my way down the list but I think I've triggered the PH spam limit. I've got as far as DeanR32 on the Wiki list so don't panic if you're lower than that. I'll ping PH a note and see if I can get the spam ban lifted.

I won't be replying to emails unless there is an issue. I'm hoping to review the payments next Tuesday and will then chase any outstanding orders so that funds have time to clear for Friday 25th.
