So many forks, So little knowledge - Help!

I started a thread months ago about my rockshox dart 3 breaking. I never got round to replacing it with a new fork but now that the weather is picking up a bit i'm going to be buying one this weekend.
The bike is a Trek 6300 disc 2009 and came with rockshox dart 3 100mm travel (Yeah right). My question is do I settle for another 100mm fork or will it be fine to fit a 120mm fork - I do like jumps! Budget of between £300 - £350
