Ive signed up for this and would appreciate advice.
It consists of 300 miles in 3 days and mucho ascent particularly on the second day.
Ive no problem with the 100 miles but its just doing it for three days.
Ive got 6 months to work up to it,any tips on training.
I would imagine the biggest problem would be day after day after day as its just not practical for me to train for that.
Any thoughts would be extremely helpful.
Incidentally its Tour of The Highlands
