It looks like the aim is for evening qualifying again this year. I think this approach has been used for four years now and it was only the first year that I can remember good performances (I think Chris Andrews ran his first 3). Last year there were no fuel cars.

If conditions are marginal again will racers risk damage to out on a show?

I think it's working better for the cars with more power for sure.

Certainly looks that way with possibly more shake and breakages for those without the HP.
