OK Not in the same mph performance league as the others on here which look great by the way.

But possibly the most economical car in UK. Est 150mpg in decent weather

Basically my faithful 105,000 mile Honda Insight with an upgraded Lithium-Ion battery and my own BMS fitted for 10x electric capacity. Running at about 110mpg+ in this freezing weather, incredible.



50x 40ah Lithium cells in rear!

Can see it's a non-Type-R body...have you done anything to the suspension/brakes/chassis/gearbox?

Yeah its not a ITR As of yet I have spent most of the 8,000 USD in the engine. I bought the car and it had H&R springs and stock struts. It has strut bars. I did get the Skunk2 Pro chamber control arms and Exedy stage I. I am in the process of building another engine for it(the one in the pic with the sleeves) it is all completely put together right now. did all the work myself save the machine work. Being a Honda tech paid off. I have purchased a Competion Clutchs Stage III extreme pressure and the ultralite flywheel. and sometime this spring going to convert to five lug it is realatively easy and inexpensive. Most ppl don't know that alot of the ITR and GSR OEM part numbers are the same. Then in the spring also building the gearbox with Carbonetic Carbonfiber LSD, gears, and final 4.92 drive gears.
