well it's got the motor/gearbox etc out of an S2000 anyway - very quick well sorted racecar and sounds pretty incredible too, nice engine


Must admit it doesn't look quite as nice as an S2000 though, even if it is a bit lighter...

Its an early 80's Toyota Starlet (Rwd obviously), they're very popular in club-level racing and rallying down here in NZ, powered by anything from the original 1300 motors to well, whatever. The one in front in the 2nd photo with the bodykit etc has a Nissan CA18DET 1.8 turbo in it, probably running 300+ bhp, and I've also seen a Hayabusa-powered example in a magazine.
