How does everyone know where he lives? I don't see his home address posted.
There are a couple of residential addresses mentioned back in this thread which have come from director/company searches. Some of us already knew he had moved to France a while ago so the French one is probably his current home address.
But what happened at the meeting?! Someone here must have gone to it. Report required!

Sorry I thought Maratime RS was referring to the London Gazette posting and assuming one of the addresses in it was Marcus' home address.
I'd guess the Daventry PO Box would forward to Jo Seggie's home as she lives near there. Marcus was last seen residing in France but I wouldn't be surprised if he's in the process of finding a new place to HOLD THE FRONT PAGE!

Looks more like the difference between keyboard warriors sounding off about what they will do ( asking for pictures addresses etc.) and then not being bothered to attend the creditors meeting where the due process is observed. Alternatively good old self interest is kicking in and so they wont share any details.
Ok So I have been watching this forum to see how this pans out and have decided to have my own input. I have spoken to Hawkins and co (01934 862877). I have been put on the list of creditors. The reason I think people have shut up over it is the more creditors there are the less likely you are to get your money back. I think that if this is the case it is disgusting. We are all entitled to try and get what we are owed back. Hence why I have posted their information on here. I am owed £308 for the April 23rd Trackday. I am still ummming and ahhhing over whether or not to try and pursue this as a case of fraud. Surely in just under the month between booking and the trackday they would have known they were not going to run it. The difficult part would be proving that I suppose.
Never mind, Its not worth getting bitter over it

The Zolder issue was totally different. It was supposedly being organised by Marcus through Porsche-on-Track. He was responsible for taking bookings, collecting the money and then paying the deposit to Zolder. He collected the money, sent out payment confirmation emails (using a different name)to those who had 'booked' but then neglected to pay the deposit. Zolder quite rightly sold the day to another client after waiting a number of weeks after the deposit date had passed. Zolder are in no way to blame for what happened there, it is totally down to Marcus ...
