Ok So I have been watching this forum to see how this pans out and have decided to have my own input. I have spoken to Hawkins and co (01934 862877). I have been put on the list of creditors. The reason I think people have shut up over it is the more creditors there are the less likely you are to get your money back. I think that if this is the case it is disgusting. We are all entitled to try and get what we are owed back. Hence why I have posted their information on here. I am owed £308 for the April 23rd Trackday. I am still ummming and ahhhing over whether or not to try and pursue this as a case of fraud. Surely in just under the month between booking and the trackday they would have known they were not going to run it. The difficult part would be proving that I suppose.
Never mind, Its not worth getting bitter over it
I have heard better than that ....he rang a guy in the bike business, a retailer and persuaded him to send £3k 2 days before he went pop !Never mind, Its not worth getting bitter over it

Have you had an email being informed that the customer list has new owners and did you agree to marketing emails when you were put on it by easytrack?

I got the same, its clearly illegal to send them, even moreso once I clicked the "unsubscribe" link I got more....I was fairly neutral towards them as a company but this has pissed me off - I don't like my details being passed around without my permissionIf you read through this leaflet you may find something you can use:

Track and Tour Events Ltd didn't last long!
ttevents.co.uk website - "We are no longer operating or hosting any UK Track Day events and have closed the Track & Tour Events business.
Thank you to those of you who supported us.
Should you wish to participate in any European Track Days, Driving Tours or Nurburgring Events
then please head over to our friends at The Nurburgring Experience by clicking HERE"
Not to worry though, as a new company has arisen from the ashes:
Driving Events Limited of Unit 5, Hale House, 296a Green Lanes, N13 5TP. Company incorporated in September 2014. Same address as Track and Tour Events Ltd. Same person involved - Dino. The address is either an accountancy firm or a PO box type address as dozens of companies use exactly the same address.
The new business model is apparently to sell (as agent) trackday places at Spa and Nurburgring - and charge a markup.
Why would anyone book a trackday via Driving Events Ltd (not a member of ATDO) when you can book direct with the trackday organiser and save a significant sum of money? The pending days at Spa and Nurburging (sold via an invitation only email) are operated by MLR and Skylimit events.
If you're offered a Nurburging date then simpy find the organiser here and save cash by booking direct:

Spa dates are here:
