Track day tyre feeling, but it seems to do very badly when it comes to track wear so I'm not recommending them for track use.
How about the Potenza Sport as a hillclimb/sprint tyre on a production car? Not listed in the blue book yet but seems like it might be marginally better than the PS4S in the dry?

You should be able to get a set of the Federals for under your £500 budget. The RSR you mention though has been replaced by the RS Pro.

ADVAN NEOVA AD08RS uses a compound with reduced rolling resistance to comply with European environmental regulations.

The sports performance is inferior to the ADVAN NEOVA AD08R sold in Japan. Please be careful not to make a mistake when purchasing

Yes sure, I had seen that on the Yoki EU site. The question is by how much have they had to reduce friction. Very little IME of both.
