Track Day Insurance

Hi,

Off to Spa next week for the Classic event, have track laps on Saturday.

Usually track an Elise, we have track day cover as part of our insurance, however taking a 911 along so need cover for a 25 minute session.

Have a quote from Morris (£190.00) and also insuremytrackday (410.00 ), just wondering who others use and what sort of premium you're being quoted.

Henderson Taylor - it's an S1 Elise. Premium is £340, 2 drivers, 5k miles pa, 5 track days cover included.

Very good to deal with, they don't insure all cars though. Speak to Matthew.

Now Morris have included for Porsche labour rates (previously only max. £80.00 per hour)... The quote is up to £250.00......

Ah well....just have to bend over I suppose....dammit!

Oh I totally agree....however this is for my 50th celebrations...you only live once and all that

Tried Reis who were very helpful, quoted pretty much the same as Morris.

Just awaiting emailed quotes so I can compare the small print...
