What do you guys take with you for a track day?

I take:
Engine oil (250ml)
Gearbox oil (250ml)
Clutch/power streering fluid (100l)
Water (for me and the car) (3l)
Some spanners & screwdrivers
Car jack
Spare wheels & rubber
RAC card
Mobile

Is this overkill? I'm stating to think I need a support car with all that!

Insurance? I've tried getting it a couple of times - seems too expensive for what you get covered.

I guess I'm not that bad really then... I must try harder!

Hmm, maybe I'll risk it in the new year and just take the car, wallet, mobile & house keys! ... (and space-saver spare & jack) ... (and the tools to change the wheel) ... (I should probably take some water to drink too) ... (and a petrol can could be useful) ...
