Looking at doing a track day at Elvington with my scoob, and the first track day i will have done with the car. There seems to be a view that Elvington is tough on tyres so would it be worth it getting some wheels and tyres for this, just how much can i expect it to take out of my road tyres?

..... just make sure you don't follow the car in front too closely unless you have armaguard to protect the front. If your car needs sandblasting it shouldn't be a problem!!weeping
I'll keep that in mind, thanks!
